Dear Believers, I am writing once again to not only give you hope, but also to empower you to defeat the Accuser in your own life. Has the enemy sent a vehement wind of accusations against you? Has he been falsely accusing you? Maybe he is falsely accusing God to you. Have you heard his whispers (lies)? The Accuser says things like: - “You are unworthy to receive God’s love.”
- “You are suffering financially because you have messed up.”
- “God doesn’t really care about you.”
- “You shouldn’t worship a God that allows you to suffer.”
- “You will never be free. You will always suffer with addictions and problems.”
- “You have sinned and are therefore condemned to sickness, poverty and abandonment.”
- “You have waited a long time for God to answer your prayers. Don’t you realize that He really doesn’t care about your problems?”
The Accuser is another manifestation of Satan who falsely accuses us and also falsely accuses God to us. His evil whispers are designed to seduce each of us into doubt and unbelief and, therefore, defeat. We must remember that Satan knows our weakness and he will breathe his words into our ears as evil whispers that target our faith and thought patterns. |
